It’s March already!  I hope you’ve survived winter,  it’s been so rainy here but at least the Spring flowers are coming up.  My favourite season - new life, new hope! A couple more views from my morning walks. I took the train down to Norfolk for a couple of weeks and was pampered!  Happisburgh lighthouse (which we have walked to the top of in the past) is the only independently operated lighthouse in Great Britain and the oldest operating one in East Anglia. Greetings from the U.K.! How time seems to fly by these days! Ronnie came back home with me from Norfolk just before the new year as I was supposed to have an eye injection on New Years Eve.  However, as I’d had a cold, they postponed it for a week. One day we went over the Humber Bridge to Beverley, a lovely market town in Yorkshire (which is half way between home and Filey).   I’m fascinated by the birds in the garden and even had a Lesser Spotted Woodpecker one day but, of course, by the time I got the camera focused, he’d flown away!  I love sitting in my kitchen watching them feed on the sunflower hearts and fatballs. It’s been quite cold and rainy in January but we did have a sprinkling of snow one day. My back garden: The view from my bedroom and living room windows.
